The Scholars

Inspired by the coastal location of the development, we designed this four-bedroom townhouse with contemporary styling and an earthy, fresh colour palette. Our target demographic was to suit professional couples or down sizers, with this we knew, the open plan lounge and kitchen would appeal to the buyer. We focused on this area, with a feature TV media unit and statement mood lighting. The aim was to show potential for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. We introduced textures throughout the accent wallpapers and soft furnishings, all sourced from our luxury suppliers. The overall design had to exude elegance with a high-end design specification.
