The GFF team were appointed to furnish these incredible new build apartments in the heart of Birmingham’s city centre. We came up with 2 contemporary furniture packages that would suit the target rental market using black occasional furniture with pops of colour on the sofas and beds with vibrant velvet fabrics. Part of this project was to create 2 show homes as part of the pre-marketing of the building which helped secure a number of leases prior to the apartments being furnished.
